Mark Mobius, Ph.D., executive chairman of Templeton Emerging Markets Group, has spent more than 40 years working in emerging markets all over the world. He joined Franklin Templeton in 1987 as president of the Templeton Emerging Markets Fund, Inc.
He is the author of the following books: Trading with China, The Investor's Guide to Emerging Markets, Mobius on Emerging Markets, Passport to Profits, Equities - An Introduction to the Core Concepts, Mutual Funds - An Introduction to the Core Concept, Foreign Exchange - An Introduction to the Core Concepts, Bonds - An Introduction to the Core Concepts, Mark Mobius - An Illustrated Biography and The Little Book of Emerging Markets.

She has 10 years of investment and financial services experience and holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto.

Maciej Jasiński graduated from the Faculty of Finance and Banking of the Warsaw School of Economics and completed the postgraduate course "Master de Management Europeen" run by the Warsaw School of Economics in cooperation with Le Groupe HEC of Paris.
In 1999–2002, he was in charge of overseeing strategic equity investments at BRE Bank S.A. and was in the team responsible for creating and structuring Skarbiec Asset Management Holding S.A. From 2002 to 2006, he was employed at Skarbiec AMH S.A. as Deputy Head of the Strategic Marketing Department and, later, as Managing Director of the Institutional Products Department. From April 2006, he cooperated with PKO TFI S.A. in developing the management company's product policy.

He has a degree in economics and is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). Since 1991 he worked on executive positions in ING Bank Śląski S.A. In 1996-1997 he held the position of Chief Operations Officer at ING Investment Management (Poland) S.A. In 1998-2002 he was the Member of the Management Board, and from July 2002 to August 2007 he was Vice President of the Management Board of ING TFI SA. Since June 2002 he has been the Deputy CEO of ING Investment Management (Poland) S.A. and on August 20 2007 he was appointed for the position of the CEO of ING TFI S.A. He is responsible for the Department of Finance and Operations, and for the development and co-ordination of activities of NN Investment Partners Group in the CEE region. From November 2002 until November 2006 he worked at SEB TFI S.A. - initially as an investment analyst, responsible for the analysis and recommendations of companies and debt instruments. In 2004 he became manager of funds and investment portfolios for individual and institutional clients. From November 2006 to March 2012 he was employed by Union Investment TFI S.A. as an asset manager and investment fund manager. He joined BPH TFI S.A. in April 2012.

Martin Lueck is BlackRock's Chief Investment Strategist for Germany, Austria and Eastern Europe. In this role, he serves as the firm's lead investment spokesperson in the region. As part of BlackRock’s effort to build on its global thought leadership platform, he works with colleagues across the firm to bring macro-economic and investment perspectives to the region.
Prior to joining BlackRock in 2015, Martin Lueck was a European economist at UBS Investment Bank, covering the German, Italian and Dutch economies, as well as the ECB. At earlier stages of his career, he worked for Kepler, Cheuvreux and Schröder Münchmeyer Hengst in Frankfurt, as well as NG Bank in Hannover, Germany, where he started his career more than 30 years ago. Martin's academic background is a Masters degree in economics and business administration, and a PhD in economics from the University of Hannover.

In 1998-2000 an adviser to the Secretary of State in the Cabinet of the Minister of the Treasury, participating in the privatization processes of such companies as TP S.A. and PKO S.A. In his professional career he has been a member of supervisory board of many companies, e.g. PKO BP, Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych, Warsaw Stock Exchange, PKN Orlen, TFI PZU, GTFI, Amica Wronki, Lentex, Wólczanka, Travelplanet, Promultimedia. Małgorzata Rusewicz is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and postgraduate studies in insurance at the Warsaw School of Economics. She started her career as a lawyer at the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). In next years she has co-worked with the Institute of Labor and Social Affairs and the European Commission as an expert in labor market and insurance law.
Between 2005 and 2007 she was associated with the Ghent University, where she participated in “Training and Reporting on European Social Security” program. She is the author of numerous publications on insurance law and the labor market.
From 2007 to 2012 she worked at PKPP Lewiatan as the director of the Department of Social Dialogue and Labor Relations as well as the Labor Market Council Coordinator. She was a member of the Tripartite Social Insurance Commission, the Social Dialogue Committee at the European Commission, and the expert groups working for BUSINESSEUROPE. Since May 2013 she has been the CEO at IGTE.
