Began his career in 1986. He obtained his current position, Head of Credit Investments and Lead Portfolio Manager Global High Yield at NN Investment Partners (formerly known as ING Investment Management) in 2012. Prior to this, he was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Rogge Global Partners, New York (2008-2010), and a Senior Vice President at ING IM (2005-2008). At both, his responsibilities were managing US dollar High Yield bond portfolios.
From 1995 to 2004 employed as a Managing Director at Wachovia Securities in Charlotte. As a Vice President at Libra Investments Inc. (1991-1995) and Jeffries & Co. he was also responsible for High Yield Sales. Previously in Trading and Sales at Bear Stearns & Co.

Adam Chełchowski has more than 20 years of professional experience in investment and finance. He joined Capital Partners Group in 2008 and since that time is a Vice-President of Management Board . He also holds the position of President of Management Board (CEO) in TFI Capital Partners SA. Previously a Member of Management Boards at Dom Inwestycyjny Ipopema SA, Boryszew SA and Impexmetal SA. In 1996-1999 he was a member of the Board of Credit Suisse Asset Management SA. Later, he joined Credit Suisse Life & Pensions PTE SA as a Head of Asset Management and CIO. At the beginning of his professional career an employee at Dom Maklerski Arabski i Gawor and Centralne Biuro Maklerskie Pekao SA.
He graduated from Warsaw University of Technology and received MBA from National Louis University. He is also a licensed securities broker (no. 477) and holds the Investment Advisor title (no.52).
Sławomir Sklinda

Warsaw School of Economics Ph.D. in economics (doctoral thesis: Capital Balance Models. Empirical Verification for the Warsaw Stock Exchange, February 2007). He graduated from the Aarhus School of Business in Denmark and received a scholarship of the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (Australia) and Christial-Albrechts Universität zu Kiel (Germany). He has worked for some of the major Polish financial institutions, such as Bank Handlowy, BRE Bank Dom Inwestycyjny, BPH TFI and PZU Asset Management.

She has over 20 years of experience in banking sector, beginning her professional career in 1995 at Citibank (Poland) S.A. as Customer Service Officer in the area of Corporate Clients Service from chemical and insurance branches.
From 2002 to 2006 a Deputy Director of Costumer Service Department at Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A. responsible for Individual Clients investment products and credit card sales, as well as Corporate Clients Service.
Since 2006 a Director of Retail Banking Department at Deutsche Bank Polska S.A., responsible for Individual and Corporate Clients Service, telesales, electronic channels development and e-Commerce for daily banking products. Currently a Director of Retail and Investment Products Department, responsible for both Individual and Corporate Clients saving, investment and daily banking products development as well as brokerage house management.

Mr Jacek Marcinowski is the President of Management Board of BZ WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A. since January 1, 2011. Mr Marcinowski graduated from Poznan University of Technology and The Columbia Senior Executive Program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He is a licensed broker and advisor in securities trading.
From 1997 to 1999 he was the member of the Management Board of WBK Asset Management, and from August 1999 to March 2001 he was the Marketing and Sales Director of WBK Bank. From April 2001 to beginning of 2002 he was the President of Management Board of WBK Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych. In January of 2002 Mr Marcinowski was appointed the Management Board Member of Bank Zachodni WBK, responsible for Business Strategy Division. Between 2007 and 2010 he oversaw Bancassurance, Branch Partner Program Development, and Private Banking Department.
On August 1, 2011 he took over the role of the President of the Management Board of BZ WBK Asset Management SA. From January 2011 till July 2013, as the Managing Director, Mr Marcinowski oversaw Bancassurance Division at Bank Zachodni WBK SA, and was in charge of development strategy of investment and deposit products within BZ WBK Group.

A graduate of Peking University (international politics) and Babson Graduate School of Business (MBA), with an experience in the polish capital market since 1995. In the beginning of his career he worked in Polish investment and asset management companies (Credit Suisse Asset Management and CAIB TFI), adapting new and innovative products such as first corporate bond, dividend and foreign investment funds. As a Polish representative, he played a part in adapting The Global Investment Performance Standards. After Poland joining the EU and opening the market for investment funds located in Luxembourg, he worked as a representative of Fortis Investments (later BNP Paribas Investment Partners).
In 2011 he joined mWealth Management and mBank Private Banking, being responsible for product's development.

Marek Rybiec was appointed as President of Management Board at Skarbiec TFI in July 2012. He is graduate of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, with Faculty in Geographical and Geological Sciences, and postgraduate studies in Capital Investments, Management and Marketing and Investment Funds. In October 2013 he graduated an Executive MBA program organised by Gdańsk Foundation for Management Development, University of Gdansk and Erasmus University.
He began his financial journey at WBK S.A. Brokerage House. Later on, a Sales Manager, Deputy Sales Director, Sales Director, Sales & Marketing Director as well as Managing Director at PKO/CREDIT SUISSE TFI SA. In 2007 he obtained a position of Client Relationship Management department at BRE Wealth Management SA, and was appointed to its Board of Management, responsible for relationships with Clients and BRE Private Banking & BRE Wealth Management offer as Private Clients Service Department Deputy Director. Since 2008 Sales Management Department Director and Member of Board of Management at Dom Inwestycyjny Xelion (formerly Xelion Doradcy Finansowi) and Vice President of Management Board afterwards.

Graduate of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. Began his career at Południowo-Zachodni Dom Maklerski in Wroclaw, as a security broker and IPO Department Director. From 1996 worked in IPO Department of Dom Maklerski Banku Zachodniego in Wroclaw. Since 1998 member of Analisys and Recommendations Department in Dom Maklerski Banku Zachodniego. In 1999 he became a licensed investment advisor, responsible for creation of Asset Management Department.
Became an employee of WARTA TFI in May 2000, responsible for portfolio management. In February 2002 moved to WARTA Asset Management, as a portfolio manager. Since the 20th of April 2005, due to mergers among WARTA Group, has become a Director of Asset Management Department in KBC TFI.

As a portfolio manager within Fidelity Solutions, he manages a number of multi asset and balanced strategies, including Fidelity’s Multi Asset Income franchise.
Eugene has 20 years of investment experience and joined Fidelity in 2007. Prior to joining Fidelity, Eugene spent 7 years at Russell Investments, where he was responsible for managing approximately $10 billion in multi-manager fixed income mandates. He started his investment career with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce based in Singapore.
Eugene has both an MBA and a Bachelor of Engineering from Imperial College, London, and is a CAIA Charter holder.

He began his journey on the capital market in 1994. An employee at one of the first Polish private brokerage houses - Biuro Maklerskie Arabski i Gawor (1996-1998) and Biuro Maklerskie BPH SA (1998-2007) afterwards.
Since February 2008 he has worked at Alior Bank as Deputy Director of its brokerage house, mainly responsible for investment funds offer. A chairman of Alior Bank Biuro Maklerskie Investment Commitee, which supervises and approves investment recomendations for clients. For over 4 years he has been one of the participants of a "Milion w portfelu" TV program, gaining a return over +50%. A graduate of Cracow University of Economics (Marketing and Management) as well as Cracow School of Business Executive MBA and Stockholm Univesity School of Business.
A licensed securities broker (no. 1641) since 1998, and a participant of numerous courses incl. ICAN Institute Strategic Leadership Academy (Harvard Business Review).
Jarosław Niedzielewski

As a graduate from Warsaw School of Economics, he has 19 years of professional market experience. His specialities include macroeconomics as well as global market analysis. He is one of the most recognizable and often cited managers in various economic medias. As a portfolio manager he is responsible for the following investment funds: Investor Globalny Akcji, Investor Rynków Wschodzących and Investor Dużych Spółek Dywidendowych.

A graduate of University of Chicago (GSB) with a MBA title. He has studied finance at Warsaw School of Economics and economics at Gerhard Mercator Universitat Duisburg, Germany. Ph.D. obtained at Warsaw School of Economics, with a speciality in investment funds. Since 1999 until 2001 an employee at Deutsche Bank A.G. and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants. From 2001 to 2006 he has worked for Credit Suisse Asset Management (Polska) S.A. as a proxy and Head of Investment Advisory Team. He was responsible for private clients investment management and "fund of funds" strategies.
Since April 2006 a Chairman of the Board at Noble Funds TFI.
Tomasz Tarczyński

Since 2007 he has been supervising fund's strategies and providing both fundamental and cross-market analysis, thanks to almost 20 years of experience. He specialzes at small and mid cap companies stock picking, as well as commodities and precious metals markets. Peter's Lynch One Up on Wall Street and his co-workers are his inspiration.
He began his professional career at Dom Maklerski Penetrator S.A. (currently Dom Maklerski Trigon) successively as CEO's advisor assistant, licenced securities broker, analyst and investment advisor. An investment advisor at AIG Asset Management (Polska) S.A. and asset manager at DWS TFI S.A. He also undertook his own businesses in the debt collection market.
He graduated Cracow University of Economics, with specialty in Finance Banking, licensed investment advisor.

He begun his job career at DM Centus. Next he worked at BPH Bank, Beskidzki Dom Maklerski and ING Investment Management Polska. During 1999-2006 he was a CIO and member of the board at ING PTE. Later on (2006-2010) CFO at ING, responsible for retirement and insurance business. In 2010-2013 at Money Makers. In 2014-2014 member of the board and CFO at Grupa Leasing Team. He joined Management Board of IPOPEMA TFI and IPOPEMA Asset Management in 2014.
